While I mixed the dry ingredients and lime rind together in a bowl. When enough time had passed I added to the dry ingredients and then the eggs. Fit to stir too long, otherwise the form gluten strands that make dough viscosity. I stirrer usually not more than 2, 3 minutes. So I let the dough the results are pretty luigi borrelli stunning. When the dough was ready I rolled it out on a clean slate with a little flour underneath. I tried to have the same thickness everywhere and cut out circles with a little cute cake contrary, that all heads would be equal.

Someday I'm going to try to do so with fondant. Then you could draw a face with food coloring instead of chocolate, luigi borrelli which is indeed quite neat. But then I first mass fondant techniques.
